The importance of minimising calibration turn-around is paramount to companies who depend heavily on their test equipment. With a direct impact to their bottom line, longer turn-around times cost money due to delayed projects and the need to purchase or rent secondary test equipment.

Express Turnaround
While we aim to offer as fast a turnaround on calibration work as possible,
4-5 days, we understand that sometimes this does not satisfy all requirements.
In order to meet your more urgent requirements we offer an express turnaround
service. This service is offered on a number of instruments at a 3 or 4 day turnaround
depending on how urgent your usage is. This service is available by contacting us prior to you requiring the service and booking the calibration. We will require a purchase order to cover the work and any manuals or specifications of the units prior to us commencing the work. This will ensure no delays are incurred. This service also applies to our on-site calibration service where all you need to do is provide us with 2 to 3 days notice prior to us coming on-site.
Rapid Turnaround
Where an even quicker turn around is required we can offer you a Rapid Turnaround Service where we are able to calibrate your instruments in 24-48 hours. We will need all the required information as our Express Turnaround Service. This service is only provided on a select range of instruments. This service also applies to our on-site calibration service where all you need to do is to provide us with 24 hours notice prior to us coming on-site.
Quotations
We will provide you with a quotation within 24 hours of your query for a standard quotation. If we do not provide you with this service we will give you 10% off of your next calibration service. Another initiative, which substantiates Parker Engineering Corporation commitment to you.
